At Snowdon Customs, each piece is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Returns
We accept returns on non-customized items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Custom & Personalized Products
Due to the unique nature of custom-made and personalized items, all customized, engraved, made-to-order, or personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
Please carefully review all personalization details before submitting your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can quickly resolve the issue.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Cancellations
Orders for stock items may be canceled before shipment. Custom and personalized orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once work has started on a custom order, it cannot be canceled.
